Should Sourdough ingredients be set out in law?

Listening recommendation from Neil

Neil is one of our bakers and teachers at Loaf and since last year he is one of the ambassadors for the real bread campaign.

This week he highly recommends to listen into this episode from The Food Program on Radio 4 about campaigners who are calling for the ingredients of sourdough bread to be laid out in law.

There's only 5 weeks to go til CoCoMAD Festival is back in Cotteridge Park (5th of July!) and lots of volunteers are needed to help make the day a success.

Can you volunteer to help at CoCoMAD? Whether it's just a couple of hours or an all day slog. Have a look here what jobs need to be done and sign yourself up!
