Pre-order the bread and pastries to ensure you get what you want. We are still experiencing the odd technical difficulty with the website so if you’re struggling to pay for your pre-order then please just drop us an email to info@loaf.coop and we’ll sort it out for you.

Fundraising Update:
We didn’t quite reach our target on our Crowdfunder so if you were meaning to donate but didn’t get the chance over the festive period then it is still up and taking donations, just click here.
You can also our Bread Club by donating £250 to our Crowdfunder, and we will add you to the weekly Bread Club list where you can redeem one loaf per week (for 48 weeks) once we’re up and running in our new home.
The other big way to help us financially right now is by buying gift vouchers to be used for cookery school classes in the new building for when we re-open. These are great gifts as they can be redeemed towards any of the courses we offer/will offer!

Cookery School Classes
We’ve decided to add a Simply Sourdough workshop to the schedule on Saturday 14th February as we won’t have moved by then so may as well spend valentines day with some of you! Booking is now live on our website, just click on the course title below.

All Day Classes with Availability:

Saturday 14th February 2026 9:30am - 4pm - NEW!!
Spend a day learning the art of sourdough where you’ll cover everything from caring for your starter to kneading, shaping, proving, and baking both wheat and rye sourdough loaves. You’ll take home your own dough to bake the next day, plus starters and full recipes to continue baking confidently at home.
Evening Classes with Availability:

Tuesday 3rd February 2026 6:30 - 9:30pm - one place remaining!
A workshop with Lap-fai Lee that dives deep into the art of broth, noodles, toppings, and seasoning. Expect rich flavours, smart technique, and the know‑how to recreate at home.

Spaces are limited and booked on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment. We require 100% payment in advance for all of our courses.

Update from our Latest Site Visit at the SCD!!
The whole team got to visit our site at the SCD last week and it was great to see the progress being made. We still don’t have a firm moving date yet but are working closely with the building company and will hopefully have exciting news to share soon!
