Book Marks, a short film by The Peopleโs Heritage Co-operative, captures the powerful role libraries play in our communities. Featuring voices and memories from Druids Heath, Stirchley, and Selly Oak libraries, the film includes moving contributions from local poets and former librarian Richard Albutt. Screened across Selly Oak libraries and at Stirchley Baths, the film arrives at a crucial time, as Birmingham faces damaging library service cuts. Watch the film here and support the campaign to keep Stirchley Library open every Saturday by signing the petition.
