This is the weekly bulletin from Loaf in Stirchley, with our specials, lunches and cookery school classes.

We’ll have plenty on the shelves all week, with lunches served from noon on weekdays.

Would you like to know how to make the Vollkornbrot?

You could join Rach for the next Sourdough class. Our next Simply Sourdough class is scheduled for Saturday 9th November 9.30am-4pm.

Rach is teaching in this hands on course all you need to know about sourdough: from feeding and keeping your starter alive through kneading, shaping, proving and baking your own sourdough loaf.

The course will equip you with the skills to confidently make sourdough in your own home. One of them will be the Vollkornbrot which usually sells out quickly in our shop on Wednesdays.

    No reservations - first come first served.

Thursday

  • Soup: Mushroom and Rocket w/ Sea Salt Focaccia (Ve)

Friday

  • Curry: Green Bean, Baby Corn and Mushroom w/ Sourdough

  • Salt beef on Challah bun

Wed - Fri

  • Sourdough Pizza: Red Onion, goats cheese, olives, balsamic & Mozarella (V)

  • Ham and cheese croissant

  • Tomato, spinach and cheese croissant (V)

Wed – Sat:

  • Sausage rolls

  • Vegetable rolls (V)

Lunches are made fresh weekdays for 12 noon.

We run classes throughout the year (except August and December) and schedule new dates as soon as possible. You can sign up to alert lists for specific classes here.
