Pre-orders for December are Online!
You can now pre-order your bread, mince pies, Volkornbrot, and other goodies up to Christmas Eve.
We will bake as much as possible, but we will hit our capacities, so please pre-order online and help us to get the numbers right. Please note that on 23rd and 24th December we will mainly be baking pre-order numbers so it is important that if you plan on picking up anything on those dates that you pre-order via our website!

We are open on Tuesdays throughout December!!!

⛄ Christmas Eve: 8am – 1pm
We will then be closed from the 25th December right through until we re-open on the 10th January 2026 for a well needed rest!

Cookery School Update
Our January 2026 cookery school dates are now live, follow the links to book now! We’ve also just released some courses with Lap Fei-Lee for January and early February!

All-Day 2026 Classes with Availability:
🥐 Sweet Breads & Viennoiserie 🥐
Saturday 17th January 2026 9:30am - 4pm
A hands-on course exploring sweet breads and viennoiserie. You’ll learn to laminate dough and bake treats like cinnamon buns, cardamom knots, hot cross buns, croissants, pain au chocolat, danishes, and more.
Saturday 7th February 2026 10:30am - 4pm
A hands-on course with Lap-fai Lee exploring all things seafood. You’ll learn how to prep and cook everything from mackerel, seabass, and lemon sole to squid, prawns, oysters - with both Asian and European techniques.
Evening Classes with Availability:
🥟 Dumplings 🥟
Tuesday 27th January 2026 6:30 - 9:30pm
You’ll learn to make dumpling dough and fillings from scratch, including vegetarian, pork, Sichuan lamb wontons, and crispy fried dim sum-style wontons.
🔪 Knife Skills & Maintenance 🔪
Tuesday 3rd February 2026 6:30 - 9:30pm
A workshop with Lap-fai Lee that dives deep into the art of broth, noodles, toppings, and seasoning. Expect rich flavours, smart technique, and the know‑how to recreate at home.

Wednesday 4th February 2026 6:30 - 9:30pm
Explore Thai cuisine through authentic spice blends, curries and sauces. Hosted by Lap-fai Lee.

Spaces are limited and booked on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment. We require 100% payment in advance for all of our courses.
