Loaf is hiring for the cookery school!

We are looking for a new member! We hope to find someone who will work mainly in our cookery school.

• Tarka Daal w/ Sourdough (Ve)

Wednesday

• Focaccia Sandwich: Roast red pepper & tomato pesto, crispy potato & Emmental cheese (V)

Thursday

• Salad box: Farro salad, with pickled onions, radish, apple & salad leaves. Served with sea salt & herb focaccia (Ve)

Friday

• Curry: Thai yellow curry with cauliflower, sugar snap peas & carrot w/sourdough (Ve)

• Salt Beef /w pickles + mustard on Challah

Tue - Fri

• Sourdough Pizza: Artichoke, chilli, garlic, basil & Mozzarella (V)

Wed - Fri

• Ham and cheese croissant

• Vegetarian croissant (V)

Wed – Sat:

• Sausage rolls

• Vegetable rolls (V)

Lunches are made fresh weekdays from 12 noon.

• Baking with Heritage Grains More dates will be released.

• Wholegrain Baking with Tom Baker: Sat 31th May, Sat 6th September

Haseen’s evening classes:

• Dosa: More dates will be released.

• Thaali: More dates will be released.

Lap’s all-day classes:

• Sausage & Charcuterie: More dates will be released for autumn.

• Seafood Masterclass: More dates will be released for autumn.

Lap’s evening classes:

• Thai: Weds 4th June

• Dumplings: Tues 3rd June

• Knife Skills: Tues 13th May

We run classes throughout the year (except August and December) and schedule new dates as soon as possible. You can sign up to alert lists for specific classes here.

If you think of gifting one class but you are not sure which one would be preferred you could buy a gift voucher instead.

Our vouchers can be purchased in any value you like for redemption against future bookings. Vouchers purchased online will give you a downloadable pdf which can be emailed to the recipient directly, or to you for printing and giving to them by hand. Alternatively you can come to us and buy vouchers in the shop.
