The first of our classes for this autumn have been released. So far we’ve locked in four Simply Sourdough classes along with one each of Bread and Viennoiserie. More of these to come once we confirm the baking rotas – sharing tutors with the bakery involves some careful juggling to make sure Stirchley still gets its bread!
We’ve also pinned down Lap for the next Seafood Masterclass and the first of the winter Sausage & Charcuterie classes – the latter only runs in the colder months.
Evening classes will be announced as soon as possible - watch this space!

This was going to be a section pushing the remaining classes before we close the cookery school for the summer break, but they’re nearly all sold out. Thanks! The only one with a few spaces left is Thaali on Wednesday 24th July. Book here.
Sweet bakes available this week include Bakewell tart, lemon tart, cinnamon bread pudding and plenty of vegan cookies.
On Saturday the bakers will be making two sourdough specials:
English mustard, cheddar, pumpkin seed crust
Green olive, fig and lemon zest
No reservations - first come first served.
Curry: Tarka daal with sourdough (Ve)
Sandwich: Cuban Black Beans, Avocado, Salsa, Lime & Coriander Slaw on a Jalapeno Sea Salt Focaccia (Ve) w/ optional Manchego (V)
Curry: Roast Aubergine, Baby Spinach, Mushroom and Chickpea w/sourdough (Ve)
Salt beef on challah bun
Sourdough Pizza: Artichoke, Sun-dried Tomatoes, Mushroom, Capers and Red Onion (V)
Ham and cheese croissant
Tomato, spinach and cheese croissant (V)
Sausage rolls
Vegetable rolls (V)
Lunches are made fresh weekdays for 12 noon.
