Total Oregon shipments ran to 1,003 units over the same period, up 782% week over week and 1,370% above the five-year median. Idaho-Eastern Oregon yellow jumbos, 50-lb sacks, held flat at mostly $16.00 (USDA shipping-point, Aug 28) through the volume surge.
- Idaho onion exports: 26 units (10,000-lb) for the week, up 102% from the prior week and 474% above the five-year median per USDA movement reports. Idaho's export pace running well above seasonal norms alongside Oregon's.
- Washington yellow jumbo, 50-lb sacks: mostly $14.00 (USDA shipping-point, Aug 28), down 7% on the week and 56% above the five-year median.
- Idaho-Eastern Oregon yellow jumbo, 50-lb sacks: mostly $16.00 (USDA shipping-point, Aug 28), flat on the week and 52% above the five-year median.
- Georgia yellow jumbo, 40-lb cartons: mostly $25.00-26.00 (USDA shipping-point, Aug 28), current domestic price ceiling among reported origins. The digest flags the Georgia series as not updated in over two weeks.
- Peru imports: 101 units (10,000-lb) for the week of Aug 27, down 60% week over week but 240% above the five-year median per USDA movement reports.
