Hi! I’m so glad you’re here - this has been a long time in the making, and I’m excited to share with you. Medicine of the Turtle is a digital garden where I chronicle my journey of noticing and the things I ask and learn along the way.
A digital garden is a living, evolving space. It’s not a blog with a linear post timeline. Notes are added, edited, or re-seeded over time. This makes it rich and organic — but also harder to “catch up with” or casually follow.
This newsletter will act as the gate, offering a path for you to wander. It will come out every two weeks and have a featured reflection, a delight photo and an invitation.

Right now, even as you read this email, His invitation is simple: pause, and step beneath it. Feel its strength. Let it wash away all the noise, all the ways we try to cover ourselves up. It’s refreshing. It’s life-giving.
Every day, we have this choice: To sit on the bank, maybe catch a splash or two, maybe just watch from a distance… Or — to throw caution to the wind and step right into it.
It takes courage. To believe you’re truly, deeply known and loved — with no extra conditions.
