How to build systems that last forever

While creating systems, we usually try to solve for current pains. That approach leads to siloed or temporary systems. There will come a time when it will become a pain again, in a adifferent way.

But, pains usually have a deeper root cause. If that gets solved, it's a permanent solution.

For exmaple, instead of solving for multiple scheduling problems like planning, updating, blocking work time and meetings, etc., a simple habit to use online calanders could be developed. That way, just people using their calanders regularly will be able to inform everyone, mentain history, easily block busy times, etc. This helps personal productivity and solves the other issues!
