Visibility

How visibility is a fundamental step for growth & scale

If you were doing everything, you would know everything that's happening.

But, even if you add one team member, the visibility reduces. You don't directly know what's happening, but you can easily keep an eye.

Now imagine, you have 10 team members. Difficult to keep track of what everyone is doing every moment, isn't it?

If you don’t even see what is happening clearly, how will you direct & shape it?

But, I get it. There’s too much to take in.

That’s why we use systems to create key indicators of what everyone is doing. Whether it's tracking number of tasks or performance indicators, it's important to clearly define them, so that you don't get lost in too much detail.

It’s like a summary using numbers, instead of prose.

Even if you are solo, wouldn't it be great to have clear-cut measures of productivity?
