Make everyone on your team experts

Yes, this is very much possible

An intrinsic value of systems is that averagely skilled workers can also perform activities in the same way an expert would.

For e.g., an expert would take into account every nuance to carry out their activity. They would have specific quirks that give their work a special touch. They deeply care about how every little thing must be done.

Usually people think a system is a boring repetitive thing, but actually, it takes care of the boring so you can focus on the interesting. Anyway, I digress. Systems actually allow non-experts to get the same output an expert would.

If we simply design the system according to what experts do, it does not matter who follows the system, the outcome will be the same. If it is not the same, then either the system is not roubust enough or is not built correctly in the first place.

This also becomes a simple litmus test to see if a system is made well. Of course, people who are new to that activity may take a little while to get into the groove, but having a good system actually speeds up this process too.
