Imagine you get to colour code your business.
What would you like to highlight in your business? Just make a list of everything you can think of for now.
Once you’ve written it all down, take a break, sleep on it, and write some more the next day.
Now start sorting the list by what’s most important. Put the high priority things first. Put the more fundamental & inclusive metrics first. These summarize the following ones, so that is taken care of.
I’m sure if you have such a list, you will automatically find ways to get the metrics.
