The previous newsletter was "Be more true" and our Community Call last Sunday was titled "What wants to move?".

I sat down to spill out a "micro-update list" and the first 4 all happened to involve money — huh! 🤔 Thus, here are the now-themed interesting vignettes across the ecosystem:

• Intentional Ventures finished a 3-week "rebooting" sequence and is restarting Spotlights (peers helping peers flexibly) while decentralization of funds-stewarding $50k+ (catalyst for a few months of IV system and membership clarification) continues in the background.
• The IS Dev Team, having stabilized its super-low operational costs ($22/mo for the whole app.intentionalsociety.org tech stack), is turning a small amount of monthly budget into a "bounty-based honorarium system" as an experiment in blending market dynamics with self-management.
• The IS Workteam (core operations) has accumulated some tensions after ~8 months of Happy Money Story payroll allocation, so we've re-opened that process to improvement/redesign.
• Relational Dojo did its own HMS today for the second hike of the year, better integrating "appreciation from others" into the flow — but it could lean even more into that, except that's in tension with already needing more time.
• Ola led the IS Community in "What wants to move?" on Sunday while travelling in Japan. That's a personal-story question about movement in that context, but as I zoom out I see that the movement of money, processes, and people sum up to this:

Systems want to move continuously! Living systems made up of people, at least. Movement is life, and money is an important flow of energy between people.
