Testimony of David Castonguay, Military Chaplain
As a former student of Farel and a pastor in the Église réformée du Québec (ERQ), I have been trained to do more with less. The fact that Farel is relatively small compared to other theological faculties forces us to become more resourceful. This is a precious asset for a military chaplain. It is a ministry that requires one to be very flexible and, in a way, multidisciplinary.

Winter 2023 Courses
The winter course schedule has been released by our partner the Faculté de Théologie Évangélique. If you know anyone who is comfortable in French and would be interested in taking a class, please share this invitation.
Jacques Boulet, a member of our Farel team, will teach the course Introductory Greek II. Bernard Westerveld will offer the course Reformed Confessions of Faith.

Donations for the Reformed Mission
The Farel Board of Directors took a step of faith by adopting a deficit budget for 2022. The goal is to invest in the development of new training and teaching. As you read our newsletters, you may notice that some projects are already happening: theological courses, online mini-courses, publication, etc. Other initiatives are being developed for 2023.
