How do we create the conditions that allow students, faculty, and staff to thrive? How can individuals and institutions foster creative, high-impact research? In short: How can we design a higher ed that actually supports humans?
The Inkcap Collective began as a monthly reading group dedicated to reading and thinking around these questions, often at a slant. While we no longer gather in this way, the newsletter is a legacy of this collective thinking space.
