Two meta-questions about the newsletter:
1. Does Buttondown have an option to display a link to the latest post on https://buttondown.com/hillelwayne, rather than going to the archive? I think that existed at one point, but it doesn't any more; I'm not sure if that was a Buttondown change or your customization.
2. Is there a way to have the emailed newsletter include a link at the top to the newsletter's web page? Molly White's Citation Needed newsletter has a handy "View in browser" link as part of the email's header. (I think that's set up with Mailgun; see https://www.citationneeded.news/substack-to-self-hosted-ghost/)
