UNVEILED — NOT YET TENANT-READY
CapitaLand Data Centre Chennai 01

CapitaLand unveiled its Ambattur development on 15 October. The project is described as 53 MW gross power, including 34 MW of IT power across 13 data halls, with a dedicated 110 kV substation. It is expected to be tenant-ready by the end of 2026—so an unveiling is not the same as live capacity.
