There are so many things to do and be and love in the world, and it's my life's work to dig them from the ground with my bare hands and hold them up to the light. This newsletter is part of my attempt to do that in defiance of a world that is often so hard and cold. I see endless disasters and tragedies and cruelties and I struggle with what I can do to help, so this is me offering the only thing I have, which is words, which is love and joy and hope in the face of all the evil those in power can throw at me.
Here you'll find poetry, book and horror movie and music rambles, essays on romanticizing the mundanities of life, resistance through softness and vulnerability, learning to bend but never break, and whatever else I come up with along the way. Think art, not pain. I would love it if you joined me.
You can subscribe for free and get one post a month in your inbox, or, for $10 a month, you'll get an additional three posts, one each week. Either way, I'm grateful for your time and attention.
