If you’re not careful, you can get bogged down in the world. The overwhelming flood of bad news can be a bit devastating if you’re paying attention and you look at all of it on a daily basis. It’s very hard to change things at the moment.

But for a second, don’t think about the future. Allow yourself to get swept up in the now rather than the what-will-be.
