I’ve been hard at work with various things over the last few months. Aside from my daytime teaching job, and my nighttime teaching job, I have also been writing furiously. Naturally, you can see my Maurice cartoons, which I dutifully post at least three times a week, but I’ve been working on other things as well.

Last weekend, I finished working on a script for a graphic novel. There is a new comic company here in the UAE called Sandstorm Comics, which opened up submissions last May. I submitted a pitch and lo and behold they accepted it. Since the beginning of September, I have been writing a comic called Four Frontiers, which I think is a fun combination of The Fantastic Four, Doctor Who, and The X-Files. It was a joy to write, so hopefully, I can share some news with you in regard to what is happening with the piece soon. I can’t share much other than that. I have a documentary crew coming to film me at work next week, however, so that’s a thing that’s happening.
