Greetings, all!

In 2014, I knew that we were moving from Shanghai to Bangladesh, so I tried a little experiment that I had learned from somewhere on the internet (don’t think that I came up with it myself…no ideas are original).

I set my phone to remind me to take a video at 10 AM every day. Sometimes, I would make the video at that moment. At other times, I would take it later in the day. I did this for every day of 2014 (and a bit of 2015, hence the title). I compiled that video in 2015 and put it on Youtube. You can see that in the second video linked below (watch it while you can, because it was removed earlier for using copyrighted songs).

When we left Bangladesh in 2016, I knew that it would be another eventful year, so I decided to do the same thing during half of 2016 and 2017. The video basically chronicles our transition from Canada to the United Arab Emirates. I’ve had these videos sitting on my computer for the last few years, and never found the time to finish putting it all together (it’s quite a bit of work…and forty minutes of footage).
