An update on my one-on-one sessions
Hello friends,
I’ve officially entered the third trimester of pregnancy, and what I’m finding is that, if you let it, pregnancy will transform your life. Instead of trying to fit into old ways of doing and being, I’m allowing this season to change how I live and move now.
In a way, bringing new life into the world can also birth something new in us — an expression of ourselves that feels more aligned with who God created us to be.
I’m learning to slow my pace, to hold what I can, and to surrender the rest to God. This season is shaping how I show up in my work, too, and I wanted to share how I’m offering one-on-one sessions these days.
Over the years, this work has taken different forms, but the heart has stayed the same: creating space to slow down, listen inward, and come back to yourself. At times in the past, I’ve felt unclear about my role and, truthfully, I’ve held too much for others. Now, I feel myself settling into a peaceful acceptance of my limits and a fuller embrace of my gifts.
In this season, I’m offering one-on-one sessions as spiritual companionship.
This is not therapy.
This is not coaching.
This is not self-help.
Spiritual companionship is you, me, and Spirit.
We sit with what’s most alive in you and make room for quiet, unhurried listening — the kind where you can actually hear yourself and Spirit again. Each session begins right where you are.
I listen closely and gently name what I’m noticing, offering simple questions or practices that help you understand yourself more deeply and notice how God — however you understand God — is already moving in your life.
It’s a gift for me to do this work, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
If you feel drawn, you’re welcome to begin here. And if someone comes to mind who might need this kind of space, feel free to share.
I trust that God is already at work among us.
With care,
