A note from this third trimester
Hi friends,
This pregnancy has felt like a liminal season — a kind of gestational space where something new is quietly taking shape.
As this sweet babe has been growing inside of me, it feels like something else has been growing too — a version of me becoming more aligned with who I was created to be in the world.
That might sound a little dramatic. But if you search your own life, I think you’ll know what I mean.
There are seasons that change us.
Seasons that transform us.
Sometimes it happens through obvious life events — a child is born, a marriage struggles, we get married or divorced, someone we love dies, illness arrives.
And sometimes it’s quieter.
An almost inexplicable ache.
A whisper that something feels a little off.
A sense that life has gone a bit greyscale and some of the color is missing.
These are the seasons when we often find ourselves in liminal space — where something new is forming, but we can’t quite see it yet.
And that uncertainty can feel unsettling at times.
Like a seed planted beneath the soil, or a baby growing in the womb, we cannot yet see what is already being born.
These seasons ask something of us:
To trust.
To tend.
To nurture.
To plant and water.
To prepare the nursery before anything is visible.
(Well… my belly is definitely visible.)
During this season, I find myself drawn to spaces that don’t rush me — spaces that allow for patient waiting, that feel unhurried and unafraid of what’s to come.
Spaces where, instead of trying to control the outcome, we simply steward the unfolding.
It’s from within my own liminal space that I want to extend an invitation.

1:1 Spiritual Direction
Spiritual direction is a quiet, one-on-one listening space where we slow down together and pay attention to the deeper movements unfolding in your life.
People often come when they’re navigating a transition, discerning what’s next, wrestling with questions of faith, or simply longing for a place to be honest about what’s going on beneath the surface.
Sessions are gentle, spacious, and non-directive. My role is not to give advice, but to listen with you — for the presence of the Holy in the midst of your real, everyday life.
If you’ve been curious about spiritual direction, I currently have a few openings for new sessions.

PAUSE & LISTEN: an evening of meditative journaling
March 18 | 6–8pm | Chamblee
Another space I’ve been tending is a simple evening of guided reflection and journaling.
There’s something powerful about gathering together, slowing down, and giving ourselves permission to listen inward for a little while.
During this evening, I’ll guide us through a series of reflective prompts designed to help you reconnect with what’s happening in your mind, body, heart, and spirit. You’ll also have the option to share reflections with others in a supportive, welcoming space.
Journals will be provided, and all are welcome.

However this season is unfolding for you, may you find moments to slow down, listen deeply, and trust what is quietly taking shape in your life.
With care,
