Quarters and sides are sold out for 2025. Thanks to all our regulars and new people this year, taking the plunge to stock that pantry. Delicious and practical.
We will start taking preorders for 2026 quarters and sides in January. Pickup will be June through August 2026. Mark your calendars, and we’ll send another note or two ahead of that time as a reminder.

Each week, there’s a band or fun family friendly music, something for the kids, super fresh veg and gorgeous summer fruit, lots of crafts and holistic helpers, and you can have dinner right there. We have a table where you can buy by the cut, offering steaks, ground, and extras, and don’t forget the liver!
People are asking great questions about beef, restorative land care, and regeneration, and we love it. This is work for all of us, and there’s something everyone can do to weave our threads toward healing.
On Thursday 8/21 I’ll bring an extra camp chair to the market and offer free ten or fifteen minute kitchen/pantry consultations, complete with cookbook and planner references. The idea is to help take a fresh look at the kitchen and pantry, while you are surrounded with fresh and delicious possibilities, to find a new rhythm and flow. Join us!
