New special cut, in very limited quantity: Prime Ground! This Paleo favorite mixes heart in with our epic ground, for a super nutrient dense treat. 5# maximum per person, and we hope to offer it again this summer.

Local indie offerings are many and varied, more than just our beef. We of Sonoma County are their second location, after Long Island, NY.

Strengthening our Community

Have you wondered how local meat works? So much consolidation and confusion in beef, but you can simply take a step outside and buy local.

Lepe’s Foods has been a foundation of the Sonoma County food circles since 1991, and they’re an epic partner for us. It’s where your local ranchers - lots of us - have our beef cut, wrapped, and kept safe until it’s ready for retail. It’s the source for all kinds of supplies when restaurants want to buy local. Marco, Bruce, Javier and their crew have been key to our success, and I’ve been very happy to meet other ranchers there as we pack orders. Lepe’s also offers other varieties of meat, poultry, and fish in bulk at their front counter.

Good food builds strength, and then we get to use it… I haven’t done an endorsement like this beyond our direct vendors and partners before, but your rancher here is fiercely glad to have discovered Simply Pilates in Sebastopol.
