the only personal piece from these past 2 months because i've been busy working on...
...my short comic. it's 40ish pages and will be releasing digitally oct 1 during the shortbox comics fair. it's about how sometimes you think you need to move on, and sometimes you think you need to do that by ritually dismembering your former god. but mostly it's me wanting to draw a bunch of stylized spot color blood splatters against some starry backgrounds and do a lot of splash pages, so any story is really incidental.

i'm testing out threadless as an additional storefront for shirt designs! the designs will be modified to fit with the upload limits (ie you can only put a design on the front) but hopefully this provides a better size range. i've seen mixed reviews about the quality but they do seem to have super responsive customer service if anything does go wrong - if anyone does get anything let me know how the quality turns out. my plan would be to mirror any new releases/ designs here when possible.
the kickstarter is ending pretty soon (on sep 1) but you might still have a little time to back death in the mouth! it's a horror anthology by people of color, edited by sloane leong and cassie hart, and the campaign is the only way to get physical copy. barring any unforeseen and catastrophic events i'll be contributing an illustration, which is cool.
(since the project is fully funded they're open for additional fiction + art submissions if you're interested!)
