Hello everyone!

Something a little different this time: I spent most of the last two months bouncing around China visiting family, and somehow still managed to ship my first iPhone app from my phone. I wrote up the whole weird, nomadic process in a new post about building Lingodex almost entirely from my phone.

Lingodex is a language flashcard app that uses LLMs to whip up reference flashcards in whatever language you're trying to learn. I've been dogfooding it on the ground in China, filling in the gaps where Pleco and Google Translate fell short for me (especially with slang).
