Letters from Flora, Goodbye LA and Hello PNW!
Hello darlings!
I just returned from an amazing short trip to LA, thank you to the lovers (and newsletter subscribers😉) who made my trip warm and fun. It was so nice to reunite with people I have met before and to make some new friends, special thanks to folks who let me try new things on them! I finished my trip with a brief visit to Newport Beach and I'm already scheming my next visit end of April or May. I'll obviously be announcing that here once I have a better idea of my dates.
Greetings from LA, you can see the beautiful sky + the reflection of new construction in the window behind me :)
Now that I'm home it's time to rest and recharge a bit before heading North for my PNW trip which is shaping up to be a ton of fun. I'm going to be spending a lot of time with my friend Mony Sinclair. We'll be busy doing photo shoots with themes such as nymphs in the forest, babes in the fog, and picnic appropriate lingerie. We always appreciate money for production costs, or your creative ideas, so feel free to send them over!
Friends in Portland and Seattle, this is for you!
PDX 3/10-3/14:
Portland is known for its cuisine so a stop at food trucks is a must! We can try out the Hawthorne Asylum Food Carts in Southeast for BBQ and vegan eats. As I write this I need to eat lunch so I am salivating over their instagram.
A friend just told me about Raven’s Manor, a supernaturally-themed bar with creative cocktails. Maybe we could get dressed up and get scared together?
A warm and relaxing date could be found at Knot Springs, a wellness spa in NE Portland. We can lounge in the pool with a view, and maybe get a couple’s massage.
If you love the great outdoors, we could visit some waterfalls at the Columbia River Gorge, and get frisky in the woods when no one’s looking. Weather permitting I'll be wearing a short dress. If the weather is cold I will complain bitterly in between cheerful bursts of energy, a true girlfriend experience.
Seattle 3/14-3/16 Date Ideas:
Reminder: I’m still offering duos with Ivy Rose ! This is the biggest treat of all!
I know it’s corny and cliche, but I’d love to stroll Pike Place Market in Seattle, as I’ve never actually been! Afterwards, we can go to Capitol Cider, a gluten-free tavern with a vintage vibe.
I never do cringy tourist things, so we’re committing. I want a great view of the city, and that can be found via The Great Wheel. Last time I was on a ferris wheel, I did a lingerie photoshoot. This time? Who knows.
Seattle has a lot of great gluten free options but I am particularly intrigued by Flying Apron which boasts gluten free beignets on Thursdays. Another options is Crumble and Flake whose speciality is gluten free French pastries. Maybe we could hit both??
With that I'm off! I have some work to do in the garden, some photos to edit and some bags to pack before leaving on Wednesday
