Letters from Flora: April Flowers
I feel like it’s been forever, how have you been?? I’ve been all over the place lately. I’ve had tons of fun on my travels, and even met a few newsletter readers on the way :)
While I'm enjoying taking a moment to relax back at home, I’m already dying to travel again. I didn’t have enough time in the places I visited. If you would like to see me in your city again let me know! I’m starting to circle in on my summer and early fall travels!
Testing my lighting out, making this business class hotel look like a seedy retro motel!While in Portland, I had the pleasure of doing several shoots using the natural landscape, hot tubs, and hotels! Mony Sinclair and I experimented with lighting, fog machines, and fun fashion looks weaving a vintage and retro feel into the images. Mony and I have known each other for many many years and collaborated photographically for a long time. It’s so great to create art with friends who I just click creatively with like her! We combine our technical skills and compositional eye to make the most of any setting.
Totally unedited, the lighting in my friends hot tub shed was incredible. Who wants to bankroll building one in my backyard ;)I also made an enjoyable stop in Seattle! In case you missed it, here’s a picture of me with Seattle Ivy! I don’t know when I’ll make it out to Seattle again, but if you’d like to see me up there sooner rather than later, you can sponsor a tour. That means you pre-book and pay for a two hour appointment, I take care of accommodations and travel, and you get a say in the dates I arrive. And please please please tell the big gray to leave the sky before I come visit again!

I’m back for at least the next 30 days and taking appointments. Book me before I fly away, like the seeds of a dandelion, traveling to new lands! I’m experimenting with making a monthly calendar of my availability. This is subject to change obviously. Any of these days I’m available for outcall as my incall availability changes.
Oh! I nearly forgot to mention: on 4/20 I’m offering video duos with the lovely Delphine again! We had so much fun last time, and we plan to offer these once a month, as long as we’re still enjoying it!
