Helium 10 vs ZonGuru: Why Diamond Wins
Disclosure: I'm an official Helium 10 affiliate. If you sign up through my links, Helium 10 pays me a commission at no extra cost to you. I've told you where ZonGuru genuinely wins, because a comparison that only flatters one side is worthless. Prices below were checked on November 3, 2026, and software prices change, so confirm the final number on the checkout page.
Helium 10 vs ZonGuru: the quick answer
If you want one tool that covers product research, keyword research, listings, advertising, profits and the new AI layer, Helium 10 is the better pick, and Diamond is where the most value sits. If you only care about rewriting and monitoring Amazon listings for the US and UK, ZonGuru's current product, Helix, is a focused tool worth a look.
Here is the part most comparison pages haven't caught up with. ZonGuru's official pricing page no longer sells the old Researcher and Seller research suite that older reviews describe. It now sells Helix, an AI listing engineering product, priced by how many listings you keep under watch. So this is no longer a clean, like-for-like, suite-versus-suite fight. It is an all-in-one platform against a specialist.
- Best all-in-one for finding products, keywords, and running your business: Helium 10
- Best for listing-only work on US and UK Amazon: ZonGuru Helix
- Best value for serious sellers: Helium 10 Diamond
- Cheapest way to start Helium 10 right now: the tracked link with 30% off, or the code FLEXOBA10 for 10% off for life
Helium 10 coupon code: FLEXOBA10 and the 30% link, explained plainly
You have two ways to pay less for Helium 10, and they do not stack, so it's worth picking the right one for how long you plan to stay.
- The tracked link: Click here to open Helium 10 with 30% off applied automatically. The 30% runs for your first 6 months.
- The code FLEXOBA10: Gives you 10% off for life, for as long as your subscription stays active.
- FLEXOBA20: 20% off for 6 months, if you prefer a bigger discount up front than the code above but a smaller one than the link.
These are alternatives. Use one, not two. Helium 10 applies one discount per subscription.
Here is the simple math, on monthly billing.
- Platinum at $129 a month: the link takes you to $90.30 a month for 6 months, saving $232.20. FLEXOBA10 takes you to $116.10 a month, saving $12.90 every month.
- Diamond at $359 a month: the link takes you to $251.30 a month for 6 months, saving $646.20. FLEXOBA10 takes you to $323.10 a month, saving $35.90 every month.
The break-even is 18 months. After 18 months, FLEXOBA10 has saved you the same amount the 30% link saved in the first 6, and from month 19 onward, the code keeps winning. So the rule is easy. If you want the biggest saving now and plan to test for a few months, use the link. If you are building a business you'll run for a year or two or more, the lifetime code is the smarter long game.
Whichever you choose, the same advice applies, and I'll repeat it near the end: try it, and if it doesn't earn its place in your business, don't subscribe again.
Helium 10 vs ZonGuru at a glance
Before the deep dive, here is the one-minute version in plain bullets, because I know you came here to decide, not to read a novel.
- What they are: Helium 10 is a full Amazon seller platform covering product research, keywords, listings, ads, operations and analytics. ZonGuru today sells Helix, a listing engineering tool, though its older research suite is still described across the web and its help center.
- Pricing: Helium 10 runs $129 a month for Platinum or $99 billed annually, and $359 for Diamond or $279 billed annually. ZonGuru Helix runs $149, $299, or $699 a month, or $124, $249, and $583 billed annually. Legacy ZonGuru research plans were $49 monthly or $29 annually for Researcher, and from $79 monthly or $49 annually for Seller.
- Marketplaces: Helium 10 covers Amazon, plus Walmart and TikTok Shop capabilities. Helix is available for US and UK Amazon only.
- AI: Helium 10 Diamond includes its AI agent and the MCP Connector. ZonGuru Helix includes MCP access too, aimed at listings.
- Ads: Helium 10 has advertising tools. ZonGuru has never sold ad automation.
- Learning: Helium 10's Freedom Ticket course comes with Platinum and Diamond.
If that already tells you which way you lean, good. If you want the reasoning, keep going.
The twist: ZonGuru is now Helix
I want to spend a few paragraphs here, because it changes how you should read every other ZonGuru review on the internet.
For years, ZonGuru was an all-in-one Amazon toolkit, founded in 2015, built around Niche Finder, Keywords on Fire, a Chrome extension, Sales Spy, Easy Source, Listing Optimizer, Product Pulse, the Review Automator and a business dashboard. It had a Researcher plan and a Seller plan, a seven-day trial, and a loyal following among private label sellers who liked its clean layout.
In 2026, ZonGuru launched Helix, which it describes as AI listing engineering for Amazon. Helix scores your listings against how Amazon's AI and search systems read them, rebuilds the weak ones, publishes the changes, and then keeps monitoring. Today, ZonGuru's pricing page lists only Helix tiers and one-off credits. At least one independent pricing review checked in October 2026 reports that the old Researcher and Seller plans are no longer on that page, and that the old Niche Finder and Keywords on Fire pages now redirect to Helix. ZonGuru's site also carries a banner for existing subscribers about a Founding Member offer whose terms sit behind a login.
I can't see inside anyone's account, and ZonGuru may still support older subscribers in ways the public pages don't show. So I'll say it carefully: if you are a brand-new buyer today, what ZonGuru's website sells you is Helix, not the full research suite that most reviews still talk about. Some coupon and comparison pages still advertise the old plans and a seven-day trial. Check the live pricing page before you trust any of them, including mine.
Why does this matter for your decision? Because if you need to find products to sell, find keywords to rank for, and track what is happening in your business, a listing engineering tool isn't a replacement for that. Helium 10 still is.
What is Helium 10?

Helium 10 is an all-in-one software platform for Amazon sellers, with support for Walmart and TikTok Shop sellers too. It bundles tools for finding products (Black Box, Xray), researching keywords (Cerebro, Magnet), writing and optimizing listings (Listing Builder, Scribbles, Listing Analyzer), running advertising, tracking profits, managing inventory, following up with buyers, and recovering reimbursements.
It has also moved fast on AI. Helium 10 has an AI agent called Helium and an MCP Connector that lets outside AI tools read your Helium 10 data. Both are included with the Diamond plan.
From my own use, three things stand out. The product research genuinely helps, and it saved me from chasing products that looked good on the surface and weren't. The data feels very up to date, which matters when a category can change in a week. And when I needed help, customer care was good. I'll be fair about the price later, but my honest view is that the benefit outweighs the cost when you use the tools properly.
What is ZonGuru?
ZonGuru is an Amazon seller software company whose public product today is Helix, an agentic AI listing engineering platform. Helix is built to improve listings for how Amazon's AI and search work now, then keep them current. The company also publishes a free AI Readiness Score that gives a 0 to 100 read of how well a live listing answers the questions Amazon's AI asks about it.
Before Helix, ZonGuru was best known as a research-and-operations suite, and many sellers still remember it that way. I'll cover both the old suite and the new product below, so whichever ZonGuru you have in mind, you'll find it addressed.
Pricing: what Helium 10 costs
Helium 10's pricing changed in 2026. The old Starter plan is gone, and the plans you can buy are Platinum, Diamond, and a custom Enterprise tier.
- Platinum: $129 a month, or $99 a month billed annually.
- Diamond: $359 a month, or $279 a month billed annually.
- Enterprise: custom, with reported pricing starting around $1,499 a month.
- Free plan: Helium 10 has offered a free plan with limited access to some tools. Because pages differ on how it's currently presented, check the live pricing page.
A few add-on costs are worth knowing so nothing surprises you. Diamond carries a 2% fee on the ad spend Helium 10 Ads manages for you. The managed refund service takes a share of recovered funds, reported at 15% on Platinum and 10% on Diamond. And the Freedom Ticket training course, which costs $997 on its own, is included with both Platinum and Diamond.
Now put the discount on top. Using the tracked link, Platinum on monthly billing drops to $90.30 for 6 months and Diamond to $251.30 for 6 months. Using FLEXOBA10, those become $116.10 and $323.10 for as long as you stay subscribed. Same Helium 10, two different shapes of saving. Pick the one that matches how long you plan to stay.
Pricing: what ZonGuru costs
This depends on which ZonGuru you mean, so here are both.
Current ZonGuru (Helix), per ZonGuru's own pricing page:
- Helix Starter: $149 a month, or $124 a month billed annually ($1,490 a year). Up to 15 managed listings and 5 transformations a month.
- Helix Growth: $299 a month, or $249 billed annually ($2,990 a year). Up to 50 managed listings and 10 transformations a month.
- Helix Pro: $699 a month, or $583 billed annually ($6,990 a year). Up to 100 managed listings and 25 transformations a month.
- Enterprise: custom.
- Credits: one credit for $49, or three for $99, and bought credits don't expire.
- Included in every plan: monitoring and alerts, a Seller Central connection, and MCP access.
Two limits matter. Helix is currently available for US and UK Amazon marketplaces only, and connecting a plan to Seller Central requires an Amazon Professional selling plan. I also didn't see a free trial on the Helix pricing page, only the free AI Readiness Score.
Legacy ZonGuru (the old research suite), as widely reported before Helix:
- Researcher: $49 a month, or $29 billed annually.
- Seller: from $79 a month, or from $49 billed annually, scaling with active SKU count.
- A seven-day trial and a seven-day money-back guarantee were commonly reported.
Notice the shape of the numbers. A solo seller choosing Helix Starter pays more per month than Helium 10 Platinum. Helix isn't priced as a cheap research suite, because it isn't one. It's priced like a specialist tool for people who care a lot about listings.
Product research: Helium 10 vs ZonGuru
This is the section where the gap is widest.
Helium 10's product research is built around Black Box, which filters Amazon's catalog on revenue, reviews, price and more, and Xray, a Chrome extension that shows estimated sales, revenue, fees and competition right on the Amazon page. Together they answer the question every new seller asks first: is this product worth my money?
Older ZonGuru had a research workflow of its own. Niche Finder scored categories, the Chrome extension confirmed sales on live listings, Sales Spy looked at individual competitors, and Easy Source pulled possible suppliers from Alibaba. Many reviewers liked how smoothly those four tools fit together for private label sellers, and that is a fair compliment.
The catch is the one I mentioned earlier. According to a pricing review checked in October 2026, ZonGuru's current website sells Helix, which rewrites and monitors listings rather than finding products, and the old Niche Finder page now points to Helix. If research is what you need, you'd need to confirm what's available to you directly with ZonGuru, and I wouldn't build a business plan around a tool I couldn't confirm.
- Finding a product from scratch: Helium 10 wins.
- Checking a product on the Amazon page: Helium 10 wins.
- Supplier discovery: older ZonGuru had Easy Source, and Helium 10 has its own sourcing tools; both are fine, so treat this as a tie.
Keyword research: Cerebro and Magnet vs Keywords on Fire
Keywords are how listings get found, and this is where Helium 10 has always been strongest.
Cerebro is a reverse ASIN tool. You paste in a competitor's ASIN and see the keywords it ranks for, with search volume and competition. Magnet starts from a seed phrase and builds you a keyword list, with a score that weighs search volume against competition. Together they let you build a keyword map before you write a single word of your listing.
ZonGuru's Keywords on Fire did similar work with a simpler layout, and some sellers preferred reading it for that reason. Reviewers generally describe Cerebro and Magnet as returning more raw keyword data, and that's my experience too.
One fair point for ZonGuru: reviewers have noted its generous keyword tracking allowance, reportedly far higher than the 2,500 monthly keyword tracking cap on Helium 10's Diamond plan. If you track enormous keyword lists, that cap is worth checking against your own needs.
For almost everyone else, though, depth of data and the ability to move from research to listing to tracking in one place counts for more than a bigger tracking allowance.
- Depth of keyword data: Helium 10 wins.
- Reverse ASIN research: Helium 10 wins.
- Keyword tracking volume: ZonGuru reportedly allows more, so check your own volume.
Listings and AI: where ZonGuru is strongest
I promised you honesty, so here it is. This is the ground ZonGuru has chosen to fight on, and it's a good fight.
Helix scores your listings against how Amazon's AI reads them, rewrites what's weak, publishes the changes to Amazon, and keeps monitoring them over time. ZonGuru talks a lot about being built for Amazon's AI era, and the free AI Readiness Score is a smart move, because it lets you see a number before you commit a cent. I'd run it. It's free and it takes a couple of minutes.
Helium 10 isn't sitting still. Its AI Listing Builder works from your keyword research and competitor listings, and carries an option aimed at Amazon's Rufus assistant. Scribbles helps you place keywords in a listing. Listing Analyzer reviews a live listing, with higher monthly limits on Diamond than on Platinum. And on Diamond you also get the Helium AI agent and the MCP Connector.
Here is the difference in one sentence. ZonGuru Helix goes deep on one job, which is listings. Helium 10 gives you a good listing builder as one tool among many, and connects it to the research that should have shaped the listing in the first place.
If your only problem is that a handful of existing listings aren't converting and you sell in the US or UK, Helix deserves a serious look. If your problem is also finding the next product, tracking keywords and managing profits, Helium 10 covers more of the road.
- Dedicated listing engineering: ZonGuru Helix has the sharper focus.
- Free listing score before paying: ZonGuru wins, and it's a nice touch.
- Listing tools connected to research, ads and analytics: Helium 10 wins.
The AI layer: Helium agent and MCP
Both companies are chasing AI, so let me separate what's real from what's marketing.
Helium 10's AI agent, called Helium, is described by Helium 10 as an agent that helps you run your business. It's included with the Diamond plan at no additional cost, along with the MCP Connector. The MCP Connector lets outside AI tools connect to your Helium 10 data, and is free up to 1,000 calls on Diamond. Helium 10 is clear that the agent isn't built for sellers who want to run their own custom automations. That use case belongs to the MCP Connector.
ZonGuru's Helix includes MCP access too, and it markets a library of connections so you can link Helix to AI tools. That's a good feature and I'm glad to see it.
The difference is what the AI has to work with. An agent that can read your product research, your keyword data, your profits and your advertising is working with a bigger picture than one that can read your listings. That isn't a knock on Helix. It's just the difference between a specialist and a platform, and it's the main reason I keep pointing serious sellers toward Diamond.
Advertising: a clear difference
Advertising is where the gap is simplest to state. ZonGuru has never sold ad automation at any tier. Helium 10 has advertising tools, and its automation and AI ad features sit in Diamond.
There's a caveat, and I'd rather give it to you than hide it. Helium 10 has changed which plans carry its ads access over time, and some sellers pushed back when Platinum's ads access was reduced. Diamond also carries a 2% fee on the ad spend it manages. If you spend heavily on Amazon PPC, that fee is real money, so do the math on your own spend. If you spend little, it's small.
Still, a seller who needs ads help can get it in Helium 10 and can't get it from ZonGuru, so for anyone running advertising as a core growth channel, this one's easy.
- Advertising tools: Helium 10 wins.
- Ad automation: Helium 10 wins, on Diamond.
Operations, profits and reimbursements
Once you're selling, you need to know whether you're making money, whether you'll run out of stock, and whether Amazon owes you anything.
Helium 10's Profits dashboard tracks your sales and profit by product, Inventory Management helps with restocking, Follow-Up helps you contact buyers, and the refund service helps you chase reimbursements Amazon may owe you. The reimbursement service takes a share of what it recovers, so it only costs you when it finds you money.
Older ZonGuru had a Business Dashboard, My Products with reorder estimates, Product Pulse for listing change alerts, and the Email Automator and Review Automator for buyer follow-up. Reviewers gave those tools good marks for being easy to read. The reimbursement service is the missing piece: reviewers report that ZonGuru has never offered it.
If you want everything in one login, Helium 10 covers more.
Marketplaces
Helium 10 supports Amazon across many regions and also covers Walmart and TikTok Shop capabilities. If you sell on more than one channel, or plan to, that matters, because you won't need a second tool to watch the second channel.
ZonGuru's current Helix product is available for US and UK Amazon marketplaces, with more in development. The older ZonGuru suite was reported to support around ten Amazon marketplaces. If your whole business lives in the US or UK on Amazon, Helix's limit costs you nothing. If it doesn't, it's a dealbreaker.
Learning curve and support
Fair warning: Helium 10 has a lot of tools, and a lot of tools can feel like a lot. A new seller can open the dashboard and not know where to begin. That's the honest truth, and it's why people complain about the learning curve.
Two things soften this. Helium 10's Freedom Ticket course is included with Platinum and Diamond, and it walks you through the full path from finding a product to launching it. And Helium 10 offers round-the-clock chat support. In my experience, customer care was good, and I've been impressed by how easy the site is to move around once you know the layout and how complete the data is.
ZonGuru has a reputation for a friendlier, simpler layout. Reviewers on third-party sites also report that its support can sometimes take longer than a day to reply, and that is worth knowing too.
Where ZonGuru genuinely wins
I told you I'd be straight, so let me give ZonGuru its due.
- A free AI Readiness Score. You can see how your listing scores before you pay anything. That is a good way to build trust.
- Focus. If listing quality is your only problem, a tool built entirely around it can be sharper than a tool that does everything.
- A cleaner, simpler feel. Reviewers consistently say ZonGuru is easier to read and less overwhelming than a big platform.
- Generous keyword tracking. Reportedly far above Helium 10's Diamond cap, which matters if you track very large lists.
- A strong brand with real experience behind it. ZonGuru has been around since 2015, and its pivot to AI is a serious attempt, not a gimmick.
If those five points describe what you need, ZonGuru deserves your attention. If they don't, keep reading.
Where Helium 10 is weaker, and how it has improved
Every honest comparison needs a cons section, so here is mine, with the improvements beside each one.
- It got more expensive. Helium 10 raised prices in 2026 and discontinued the Starter plan, so the lowest paid tier is now Platinum. That stings, and I won't pretend otherwise. What I'd say is that the price rise arrived alongside real additions, including the AI agent, the MCP Connector, AI ad tools and TikTok Shop support, and that the link and the code both take a meaningful bite out of the cost.
- It can overwhelm beginners. This is true, and the Freedom Ticket course and 24/7 chat support exist to reduce it. My advice is to start with product research and keywords, ignore the rest for a few weeks, and add tools as you need them.
- Usage limits exist. Plans have caps on things like keyword searches and tracked products. Read the limits against your own workload before you pick a plan. Diamond raises many of them.
- Reviews are mixed on billing. Helium 10 sits well on Capterra, around 4.2 from over a hundred reviews, but its Trustpilot rating is much lower, and billing complaints are what people write about most. Read your plan terms, set a calendar reminder for your renewal date, and cancel if it isn't earning its keep. That one habit solves most billing frustration.
- Support isn't perfect for everyone. Some people have a bad experience with any support team. Mine was good, but I'd rather tell you the range than only the best case.
Black Friday: why now is a smart time to start
Black Friday season is here, and for software like this, it's the time of year when a lot of sellers decide whether they're going to take their business seriously for Q4 and the new year.
Let me be careful and honest. I haven't seen Helium 10 publish an official Black Friday offer I could verify, so I won't invent one or put a fake countdown clock on this page. What I can tell you is what's live today: the tracked link gives 30% off for your first 6 months, and the codes FLEXOBA20 and FLEXOBA10 are available as alternatives.
There are two good reasons to act now rather than wait.
- Q4 is when the money moves. Shoppers spend more in the last two months of the year than at almost any other time. A seller who has researched products, tightened a listing and set up tracking before the rush is in a very different position from one who starts in December.
- Waiting for a bigger deal is a gamble. If Helium 10 announces something larger, you can still compare it against what you've locked in. The simplest way is what I call percentage-months. Multiply the discount percentage by the number of months it lasts. The 30% link is 180 percentage-months. FLEXOBA10 earns 10 percentage-months every month, so it passes 180 at month 18. Any other offer, you can run through the same math in ten seconds.
If you're a brand-new seller, don't let the sale calendar push you into a plan you don't need. If you're a serious seller with a product, a budget and a deadline, the smart move is to start testing now, not to wait.
Why Diamond is the plan I'd start with
I'll make the case plainly, because I think most serious sellers underrate Diamond.
Platinum is a strong plan. For a solo seller with a small catalog, it covers the essentials. But Diamond is where Helium 10 pulls away from everything else in this comparison, and from ZonGuru in particular.
- The AI layer. The Helium AI agent and the MCP Connector are included with Diamond at no extra charge, with the MCP Connector free up to 1,000 calls. This is the part of the platform Helium 10 is investing in most, and it's the part that doesn't exist in Platinum.
- Higher limits. Diamond raises caps that Platinum users bump into, including Listing Analyzer uses, which are reported at 150 a month on Diamond versus 50 on Platinum.
- Advertising and automation. Helium 10's ad automation lives in Diamond. If you run ads, this is the plan that gets you the tools.
- Lower reimbursement share. The managed refund service takes a smaller cut on Diamond than on Platinum, reported at 10% versus 15%.
- Room to grow. A plan you'll never outgrow saves you the hassle of upgrading later, and for a seller who plans to scale, that's valuable.
Is it more expensive? Yes. At $359 a month, or $279 billed annually, it's a real commitment. That's exactly why the discount matters. With the link, Diamond costs $251.30 a month for six months on monthly billing. With FLEXOBA10, it's $323.10 for as long as you stay. Run your own numbers, and if one extra product launch or a few percentage points of ad efficiency covers the difference, Diamond pays for itself. In my own experience, the benefit outweighs the price, which is the whole reason I recommend it.
If you aren't sure you're ready for Diamond, that's fine. Start with Platinum, use the same link or code, and upgrade when you hit a limit. But if you already know you'll use ads, AI and heavy research, don't pay twice. Start where you'll end up.
Which should you choose? A simple decision guide
- Choose Helium 10 if you need to find products, research keywords and manage your business, you sell on more than one channel, you run advertising, or you want one platform that grows with you.
- Choose Helium 10 Diamond if you want the AI agent, the MCP Connector, higher limits and ad automation, and you're serious about scaling.
- Choose Helium 10 Platinum if you're a solo seller with a small catalog who wants the core tools at a lower monthly cost.
- Consider ZonGuru Helix if your problem is specifically listing quality, you sell on US or UK Amazon, and you want a specialist tool for it.
- Run the free AI Readiness Score first if you aren't sure how your listings stand. It costs nothing, and it makes a good second opinion alongside Helium 10's Listing Analyzer.
- Wait if you have no product, no budget and no plan yet. Learn first, buy later.
There's also nothing stopping you from using both. A seller could run Helium 10 for research, keywords and operations and use ZonGuru's free score as a sanity check. Just don't pay for overlapping tools unless each one earns its price.
Try it with the code, and if you don't like it, don't subscribe again
This is the simplest advice in the article, and it's the one I'd follow myself.
You don't have to marry a software tool. You can use the link or FLEXOBA10, test Helium 10 properly, and then decide. Do real work in it. Run Black Box on a category you care about. Paste a competitor's ASIN into Cerebro. Build a listing in Listing Builder. See whether the data holds up and whether the time it saves is worth the money.
If it earns its place, great, you've saved money on a tool that's working for you. If it doesn't, don't renew. No hard feelings, and no wasted year. Set a reminder for your renewal date, so that decision is always yours.
Ready to test it? Open Helium 10 with 30% off applied through my link, or enter FLEXOBA10 at checkout for 10% off for as long as you stay. Pick one, because they don't stack.
Helium 10 vs ZonGuru: frequently asked questions
Is Helium 10 better than ZonGuru?
For most sellers, yes. Helium 10 covers product research, keywords, listings, ads, profits and AI in one platform, while ZonGuru's current public product, Helix, focuses on listing engineering. If listings are your only need, Helix is worth a look.
Is ZonGuru still a product research tool?
ZonGuru's official pricing page now lists only Helix plans and credits, and at least one independent review reports that the old Niche Finder and Keywords on Fire pages redirect to Helix. Older reviews describe a full research suite, so check ZonGuru's live site before assuming a tool is available.
How much does ZonGuru cost?
ZonGuru's pricing page lists Helix Starter at $149 a month, Growth at $299 and Pro at $699, or $124, $249 and $583 a month billed annually. Credits cost $49 each or $99 for three. The older Researcher and Seller plans, at $49 and from $79 monthly, are still quoted by many third-party sites.
How much does Helium 10 cost?
Platinum is $129 a month or $99 billed annually, and Diamond is $359 a month or $279 billed annually. Enterprise is custom. The old Starter plan has been discontinued.
Is there a Helium 10 discount code?
Yes. FLEXOBA10 gives 10% off for life, FLEXOBA20 gives 20% off for 6 months, and my tracked link gives 30% off for 6 months. They do not stack, so choose one.
Which is better, the 30% link or FLEXOBA10?
It depends how long you'll stay. The link saves more in the first 6 months. FLEXOBA10 has saved the same total by month 18 and keeps saving after that. Short test, use the link. Long-term business, use the code.
Does ZonGuru have a free trial?
Older reviews report a seven-day trial on the Researcher and Seller plans. The current Helix pricing page lists no trial, only a free AI Readiness Score. Check ZonGuru's site for the latest.
Does Helium 10 have a free plan or trial?
Helium 10 has offered a free plan with limited access to some tools, and sources differ on how it's presented right now, so check the live pricing page. Using the tracked link also gets you a discount on your paid plan.
Does ZonGuru have ad automation?
No. Reviewers consistently report that ZonGuru has never sold ad automation at any tier. Helium 10 has advertising tools, with automation and AI ad features on Diamond.
Does Helium 10 work with Walmart and TikTok Shop?
Helium 10 includes Walmart and TikTok Shop capabilities alongside Amazon. ZonGuru Helix currently supports US and UK Amazon marketplaces only.
What does Helium 10 Diamond include that Platinum doesn't?
Diamond includes the Helium AI agent and the MCP Connector, free up to 1,000 calls, plus higher limits and ad automation. It also carries a 2% fee on managed ad spend, so factor that in if you spend heavily on ads.
Can I use both Helium 10 and ZonGuru?
You can, and some sellers use ZonGuru's free listing score alongside Helium 10. Just avoid paying for overlapping tools unless each one earns its price.
Is Helium 10 worth it?
In my experience, yes, if you actually use the tools. The product research helps a lot, the data is very up to date, customer care has been good, and the benefit outweighs the price for me. If you won't use it, it isn't worth any price, so test before you commit.
Final verdict: Helium 10 vs ZonGuru
If you want a platform that helps you find the product, rank the listing, run the ads and track the profit, Helium 10 is the clear choice, and Diamond is where the AI, the limits and the automation sit. ZonGuru's Helix is a focused, interesting tool for sellers whose main problem is listings on US and UK Amazon, and its free score is worth running either way.
My advice is simple. Run ZonGuru's free score if you're curious. Then open Helium 10 through my link for 30% off, or use FLEXOBA10 for 10% off for life, and put it through a real test. If it earns its place in your business, keep it. If it doesn't, don't subscribe again.
Start Helium 10 with 30% off now or enter FLEXOBA10 at checkout. One discount per subscription, so pick the one that fits how long you plan to stay.
