CoinGecko Articles and Firo Website Revamp in the Works

Two big marketing moves are underway. Reuben has personally funded two permanent articles on CoinGecko covering Firo's key features - the plan is to cover Lelantus Spark first, followed by Spark Assets. These will sit in the CoinGecko Guides section, giving Firo lasting visibility where a large portion of crypto users research projects. Community feedback is being gathered on topics and direction.

A minor website refresh is also underway, focused on sharper messaging to better present Firo to newcomers and the broader crypto audience.

Venezuela Earthquake Relief Fund

On June 24th, 2026, two major earthquakes measuring 7.2 and 7.5 struck Caracas and La Guaira, Venezuela. Community member rottenwheel has set up a relief fund through the FCS to source medicines, tools, and rescue gear for those affected - delivered directly by a group of nurses on the ground in Caracas. Goal: 2,400 FIRO.

Nominations for the 5th Community Fund Committee are now open

The 4th CFC's one-year term is coming to an end and nominations for the 5th Community Fund Committee are now open. The 7-member CFC plays an important role in gradually decentralizing Firo's governance and oversees the Firo Community Fund - used to fund community efforts, audits, marketing, and core team support. If you're an active, motivated member of the #FiroFam, consider putting your hand up.

Rosen Bridge Update

Integration testing is now underway with the Rosen Bridge team, with fixes being turned around quickly as issues surface - including a QR code amount fix and ElectrumX server updates.

Once testing is complete, a deployment phase follows where the community - watchers and guards - will need to update before the bridge goes live. We are getting close.

• Firo Developer Library: Complete

nexusocean has completed the modern Firo Developer Library and is presenting it as done. The library is now available with full documentation at firodocs.pages.dev. Nexusocean has offered to maintain it and hand it off to the Firo team whenever ready. A big thank you to nexusocean for seeing this through!

• Approved: VostoEmisio Ongoing Design and Branding Support

VostoEmisio's proposal for ongoing design and branding support has been approved. VostoEmisio has been responsible for much of Firo's visual identity and continues to provide creative support for the project.
