FANCYPANTS launches its first production at the STUD with V is for Virility– a celebration of manliness, as expressed by trans masc and drag king performers! We’re presenting it all with a suave 60’s wrap– imagine a Playgirl Mansion buyout for all the top femmes of Madison Avenue, swilling cosmos and discussing how to package this adorable “butch liberation” movement. Welcome to the New Masculinity! 

As always, we have an incredible cast list for you! Returning are all of our beloved Fancypants All-Stars: Chester Vanderbox, Polly Amber Ross, Tuesday Gloom, Carlota diCarlo, and Nicky Nomicon, as well as your ebullient hostess, EnSeanTe. In addition, we have more special guest stars than any FANCYPANTS before! Oliver Branch, Vermiculus Rex, Xylo Phony, The Dragon King, Pony Bambino, JagOff AllTrades, and Landyn Endo join us to revel in the triumphs and trappings of the “Firmer Sex.” 

In addition to an all-new venue, Fancypants regulars will be titillated to discover that this month features an unprecedented array of duet and group numbers! Each of our powerful femmes has brought some boy-adjacent energy into the mix, so we can look forward to some full-spectrum analysis of what men bring to the mix. 

As always, the first taste spoon for you to enjoy comes in the form of our salacious Poster Illustration by Reese Bice. But fear not– actual taste spoons from our Director of Hospitality Baire O’Toole, will be forthcoming, for no FANCYPANTS is complete without a little culinary augmentation! And as always, our Director of Gratuities Apollo Fisher will be on hand to circulate among you and gather up every drop of your enthusiastic support for these performers.

CROONERS Falls For A Floozy

Get ready for a night of vamps vamping, and harmonizing harlots, as CROONERS experiences its first Bad Girl Takeover, with hosts Polly Amber Ross and EnSeanTé! Chester’s whirlwind touring schedule means he’s unable to join us on Sunday February 22nd– and while the boss is away, the femmes will play! Special guests Tanya Anguita, River Sanders, and Cal Cadian join us to juice the fruit on this sassy, seductive evening of song. 

Stookey’s Blue Room continues to be one of our favorite venues in SF! Our celebrity mixologist MK supplies a neverending flow of expertly crafted cocktails; our doorman Nathaniel Bice greets every patron with a smile; and our incredible musical director Brendan Getzell fills the space with a level of musical mastery that’s frankly unmatched.
