To me, writing was thinking. Apparently it can also be a process of becoming. (Don't ask becoming what. That was a mystery in November 2021, as of the very first "apology post genre" post; In the beginning, was the domain name, and is still unknown, and it is fine... Finding out is the fun bit!)

Few newsletter emails have manifested, but plenty of blog posts have (which might have been seen by RSS feed subscribers).

Recently (as of Sep. 2025), I counted numbers, and, like, WHAT?

  • Over One Hundred Thousand total words blogged out; that too 100% hand-crafted, artisanal, organic, and Creative Commons Licensed (CC By-SA 4.0). (At least 2x more in trashed drafts, and forever drafts that will never see light of day because the writing of served my no. 1 purpose of thinking about.)
  • Twenty Thousand monthly "unique visitors" on an average, however Cloudflare counts plain HTTP traffic; my site does not have tracking analytics. (So, WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE with the time to read no-word-limit blog posts---I effing kid you not, see word counts below---by some Internet Rando, in this age of deliciously dopaminey skibidi brainrot tiktokified "content"?)
  • Even a spot of HackerNews "front paging" which, whenever it happens, slurps down a whole month's bandwidth in under one day (and I don't have to worry thanks to the Cloudflare page cache).
  • But mostly, my personal favourite "Internet Serendipity" thing in the world... Languid letter-exchanging, a few times a month, with kindred spirits who respond to my "Standing Invitation".

So thanks again for reading, writing, and gracing EvalApply.org with your presence and brainspace!

May The Source be With You,

--- Aditya.

P.S. The word-stats, as promised... See for yourself: evalapply.org/posts.
