Hello, I’m a Dyke, Photographer, Artist, and Creator. You may know me from my decade-long portrait and narrative study, Butch Is Not A Dirty Word.
I had a CPTSD recovery-driven midlife crisis at 39 and, naturally, decided the most sensible thing to do was pursue a career in the arts 🫠.
My photography sits somewhere between portraiture, documentary, and fine art, rooted in a deep reverence for people whose gender nonconformity runs far deeper than aesthetics. I'm especially drawn to those who don't fit neatly into the very subcultures they've sought belonging in.
Over the years, my practice has expanded into ever more diverse facets of sapphic culture, and with that expansion, of course, has come ever-growing amounts of social-media censorship.
