Twilight in Boston

I like to note that Jonathan Richman and I share a favorite part of town. The little memorial/By the Victory Gardens — yeah, I’m imagining it right now.

With August fast approaching, I’ve got that feeling that I’m running out of time for things—the beach and long bike rides and certainly haven’t been sailing enough times. Ah!

But, as I said myself last week, I too often take doing nothing for granted. In the winter, what I’m most often missing are warm nights (fuck the sun setting at 4:00 p.m., man) and long walks that are the adventure themselves. Headed for the riverway/Headed for the Jamaica Way — yeah, I’m imagining it right now.
