Emily’s writing a musical?

It’s been a minute since we sent a newsletter. If you originally signed up on Substack, this is still Emily Nagoski’s very chill email list. We post on Buttondown now. It’s very nice. I’m Mr. Emily here to catch you up.

Emily has been on sabbatical to try and recover from Long Covid. So of course she taught herself to play ukulele. She’s written a bunch of songs based on the questions folks have been asking her for… 30 years now?

She’s doing a secret test show on September 15 @7pm at The Ripped Bodice in Culver City, California. Bring your questions about sex and Emily will try to answer them with a song. She will be signing books after the show.

Tickets are $22.28 and are store credit you can spend at The Ripped Bodice. This is the only trip she has planned right now, but fingers crossed.
