Board Meeting Reminder

The July board meeting will be Tuesday, July 21 with the general meeting and homeowner forum beginning at 5PM.

People often express concerns about some aspect of our community such as beach usage, landscaping, architecture etc. Attending a board meeting is a good way to get informed about the underlying issues and the constraints the Board has to navigate. You can also express your concern directly to the Board and other residents during our homeowner forum that opens all board meetings. Please join us and share your thoughts.

Among other topics, at this meeting we will discuss:

• Early look at FY'27 budget and financial risks
• Discussion of beach security
• North Star Beach update

Don't forget to join us at our summer BBQs. The next BBQ will be Tuesday July 28 with food provided by Mo Bites Hamburgers.

Many board members attend these BBQs so if you would like to speak to the Board in a less formal setting, find us and let us know your concerns.
