1. The wrong color system: Default gray or brand color everywhere. Both look amateur

2. Spacing and alignment: No spacing scale, random padding numbers, nothing lines up

3. Inconsistent icons: Mixing Fluent icons with random emojis on the same screen

4. No feedback states: Click save, nothing happens, user has no idea if it worked

5. No typographic hierarchy: Everything at the same size, so nothing stands out
