In this format, you bid on various teams and all the winning bids go into a pot. Once teams advance to a certain point they start rewarding the winning bidders with a percentage of the pot. To generate interest in lower seeds, a prize for biggest blowout loss is also available.

You can enable blind bids so that people who cannot make it can still participate.
