When the plan breaks, run a short reset and return to baseline instead of renegotiating the whole system at 8 p.m. Rest restores you exactly to the degree that it's decision-free.

Stop asking what AI can do. Decide what stays yours. AI is an amplifier: sound decision architecture and it pays your debt down; chaos and it compounds it. The professionals who come through this era intact will be the ones who decided — deliberately and early — which decisions were still theirs.
