Post 6: Single CDR3 amino acid swaps

In Post 6, I look at pairs of CMV ECOcluster TCRs that have just one amino acid swap in their CDR3s. I show that CDR3 0-based position 4 dominates those swaps, explain why I think that is, and have a look at the amino acids that are swapped.
