I am delighted to invite you to the opening of Het Voorstel #3, an exhibition exploring themes of freedom and desire. This showcase demonstrates that even unimplemented or seemingly unfeasible artistic concepts can stand as works of art in their own right.

When my proposal was selected, the thrill reminded me of my early days responding to open calls. My concept, centred around Center and High score, will be presented as an idea, while other artists’ works will be brought to life. Curator Luk Lambrecht will also feature pieces by five international artists.

Menen, the host town, is not only home to this exciting exhibition but was also the departure point of Sideways, a walking art festival in 2012, for which I created Pathscape—a memorable experience.

Through this newsletter, I aim to keep you in the loop about my artistic endeavours. I'm not particularly fond of social media, but I still believe it's essential to share my artistic practice in some way.

For now, I don't have a fixed template for this newsletter, nor have I set specific content types. If you have any innovative ideas, feel free to share them with me. My original goal was to send two to four editions per year, but I'm going to settle for occasionally for now.
