how we feelin, america?

there’s no easy way to say this…i’m just a woman, covered in barf, asking you to please click “follow” on this campaign. I wish I wasn’t this covered in barf and I wish I didn’t need to beg for a minimal click on a campaign, but I am this covered in barf and the follows are that important.

you have to click follow and make the follower number go up and yes you might have to log in

one person on reddit who DIDN’T hurt my feelings asked, appropriately and poignantly, “why does izzy have to keep asking fans to pay for her movies instead of getting studios to make them?” to them I say, 1) enjoy your downvotes, BITCH! and 2) DRAG ME!!! and ALSO 3) I have bad news about how fans watch any movie in or tv once they come out.

suffice it to say, yes, I’m crowdfunding again. I’m making an improvised comedic feature film with Siobhan Thompson in order to get more reddit comments from disgruntled undercover development executives and letterboxd reviews saying they were unimpressed by the amount of location chyrons I put in my movie. the more follows we get on this campaign, the better we can tell how well it will do. so, please tell people to follow this campaign or don’t if you think it’s inappropriate to ask fans to pay for movies.

Also, i type this as i hold a shitting human: I’m doing a SHOW AT THE ELYSIAN (and streamed) 4/7 AT 7:30!!!!! It’s my fun panel show called “Comfort Watch” where I invite friends to come and talk about the pieces of media they watch ad nauseam as brain medicine.

My current comfort watch is the lineup at the most beautiful theater festival ever created where every show can be streamed for only $5
