Issue #33

Hello <>,

Now that Tech-tember, Tech-tober, and Tech-vember are over. I wanted to talk about one of the challenges I've seen with iOS development - team management.

The fact is the opinions or comments of executives and managers carry authority employees will feel compelled to respond to. This is a problem if that organization’s business is iOS development. A good iOS team manager does things differently.

We have a new article out to talk about iOS development and team management:

Building a complex iOS app is inherently unpredictable. You usually start a project with not much more than:

  • a broad vision for the work,
  • a list of feature requirements,
  • and what problem the app needs to solve for the user.

No one can accurately predict what the app will be like when it’sĀ done.

In this article, I cover how to be a better manager when it comes to iOS development and what it takes.Ā  https://brightdigit.com/blog/2020/11/17/ios-team-management/

If you want to learn more also check out these podcast episodes:

  • Episode 69 - Maintaining & Migrating with Antoine van der Lee - Part 1

with me and we can discuss these improvements further. https://doodle.com/mm/leodion/book-a-time

Thanks, Leo
