  • Fresha: In August the beauty and wellness booking marketplace went live natively inside both ChatGPT and Claude through its public MCP server, so people can ask for, say, a massage near their hotel tomorrow morning and get live availability, pricing and reviews across its roughly 140,000 partner businesses. • WATI: Meta started charging for Business Agent AI replies on Aug 1 and for ordinary service messages on Oct 1, and reviewers say WATI's rate card marks template messages up 60-80% over Meta's, so cost is the pressure point for small WhatsApp adopters. WATI also launched Astra AI Agents on its Pro tier this year. Sources: WATI, Dupple
  • Capacity: The support-automation platform raised a $54M+ Series E on Sept 2 after passing $100M ARR, to fund AI agents and international expansion. Sources: CMSWire, Pulse 2.0
