As of this writing, the BIRCON 2026 Schedule has 90 published game sessions, which amount to almost 550 seats at gaming tables! There's something for everyone, so check it out.

More games are being published almost every day, as our Late Games Submission is still open. Game Masters will get to pick games first, so if you're considering running a game with us this year, now is the time!

Enrollment Schedule for Game Sessions

Every year, this is the most anticipated piece of news, after the publication of the convention schedule.

This year, we are going for a phased approach:

Phase 1 - GMs and Session Hosts

• Opens Monday, September 28 13:00 CEST
• During this phase, Game Masters and Side Quests hosts will be allowed to pick one seat at a session for each day of the event they attend (according to their ticket).

Phase 2 - Early Enrollment

• Opens Thursday, October 1 13:00 CEST
• During this phase, all attendees will be allowed to pick one seat at a session for each day of the event they attend (according to their ticket).

Phase 3 - General Enrollment

• Opens Tuesday, October 6 13:00 CEST
• During this phase, all available seats will be open for participants on a first-come, first-served basis.

Wait-lists

• During all phases of the enrollment, attendees will have the possibility to join a wait-list if all seats of a session are taken.
• Placing yourself on a wait-list during early enrollment uses your limit of 1 pick per day of the event. You may decide to do that, but there's no guarantee a seat will free up for you.
• Wait-list promotions happen automatically when seats become available and participants are notified by email.

Questions People May Frequently Ask (or QPMFAs for short)

Q: How do I enroll?

A: First, make sure you have access to your TTRPG.events account and you have a valid ticket for the convention. When enrollment opens, the Convention Schedule page will display the sessions with open slots. By opening the session page, you will be able to follow the links to enroll.

Q: Can I enroll in more than one session at the same time?

A: No, the system automatically limits enrollment by time slot, so it is not possible to enroll in a session if you are enrolled in another conflicting one.

Q: Do I get one early pick for each ticket I bought?

A: No, limits are per person. If you purchased more than one ticket, you should use the transfer ticket functionality on TTRPG.events to send the additional tickets to the people who'll use them to attend.

Q: Are the number of early picks for GMs’ enrollment dependent on the number of games they run?

A: No, the limit of one per day of the event applies to everyone, regardless. The other GM rewards are per-game.

Q: Can I change my mind about a session I picked?

A: Yes, always. During early enrollment, if you see something else you'd rather pick, first you'll need to cancel any existing enrollment to free up your limit of one seat per day. During general enrollment, you can place and remove yourself from sessions as you wish, even during the convention.
