Benny's Mind Hack: Everything GameGrammar can do

I have been building GameGrammar for months and writing about the theory behind it. But reading about a tool is not the same as seeing it run. So I made a video series.

Eight videos, from quick tutorials to a full game showcase. Each one covers a different part of the system, from your first generation to AI playtesting. No filler. Just the tool running in real time.

The Complete Video Tutorial Series

Here is the full playlist, in the order I would watch them:

1. Where Board Game Ideas Grow (2:03) The blank page problem, and how GameGrammar solves it. Start here if you have never seen the tool. Watch on YouTube

2. Get Started in 60 Seconds (1:40) Account setup, plans, and your first look at the dashboard. Quick orientation before you generate. Watch on YouTube

3. From Idea to Complete Game Design (2:49) Type a theme. Watch six AI agents collaborate to produce a complete design with mechanics, components, scoring, and balance analysis. This is the actual tool, not a mockup. Watch on YouTube

4. Your Game's Command Center (3:15) The design detail page tour. Where your game lives after generation: mechanisms, turn structure, components, victory conditions, all organized and editable. Watch on YouTube

5. Meet Nova - AI Design Partner (2:33) Nova reads your entire game design, remembers every decision, and suggests changes with before-and-after comparisons. The conversational AI co-designer that makes iteration fast. Watch on YouTube

6. AI Playtesting Before You Print a Single Prototype (3:06) Simulate games against different player archetypes. Surface balance issues, degenerate strategies, and scoring gaps before you cut a single card. Watch on YouTube

7. Board Topology - Turn Your Game Map Into Structured Data (2:31) For games with spatial elements. Generate structured board topology with nodes, edges, and regions that the AI understands and can reason about. Watch on YouTube

Neural Race: The Proof That It Works

Tutorials show what the tool does. But the real question is: can it actually produce a game worth playing?

8. Neural Race — A Board Game About the Race to AGI The full showcase. Watch a complete game designed entirely by GameGrammar, from generation through refinement with Nova. Watch on YouTube

Neural Race is a board game about rival AI labs racing to achieve artificial general intelligence. 2-4 players, 45-60 minutes. Action point allocation behind player screens, engine building through research breakthroughs, a competitive talent market, and external events that force impossible choices.

It was generated entirely by GameGrammar from a single prompt. I refined it with Nova, the AI design partner. The mechanisms interlock. The cards create real strategic tension. The victory conditions give you two paths, and choosing between them is the core decision of every game.

You can explore the full design here: Neural Race on GameGrammar

New: The Theory Behind It All

If you want to understand the research and architecture that makes GameGrammar work, I just published a deep dive on the generative ontology approach. It covers how game knowledge gets structured, how AI agents collaborate to turn that structure into playable designs, and what Neural Race taught us about the whole process.

Generative Ontology: From Game Knowledge to Game Creation

Try It

GameGrammar is live at gamegrammar.dynamindresearch.com. Free accounts get 5 designs per day. Nova is available on the Studio plan.

If you have been thinking about a game idea but never had time to turn it into something playable, this is the fastest path I know.
