I've read and enjoyed Radiant Star, am looking forward to hearing Anjoa Ando pronounce the proper names), and wondered if you'd be willing to answer a few questions for my site SuperPunch.net?

One difference between The Ancillary Justice series and Radiant Star is the competence of the characters. Breq especially is incredibly competent at almost everything. But in (most of) Radiant Star, the characters err constantly. Was that a conscious choice? Have world events impacted your thinking?

Another change is that Radiant Star shifts focus among so many characters. Was that inspired by anything specific? Has your experience with Hollywood production impacted your writing?

Gender and AI are a major focus in your books, and are incredibly timely topics. Have you noticed any tech leaders commenting on your books (the way some famously reference Snow Crash, LoTR, and The Culture books)? Do you have any thoughts on real world LLMs and AIs?

Throughout Radiant Star, the narrator takes great pains to emphasize understandable human frailty as a cause of poor behavior, rather than malevolence. Combined with the focus on bad parents, it gives the book a strong folklore feel. Was that your goal?

Do you have thoughts on what an icon of Toren would look like?

Thanks so much for your time (and if you're not interested or able to answer, I won't be offended in any way)
