I’m Anna.

I write about the intersection of all things and how everything is actually connected. For the longest time I tried to keep all the different parts of my life separate and apart. Work didn’t enter my personal life. I didn’t talk about art at work. I never talked to anyone, ever about training to become a spiritual director.

Here is where I start talking about all of these things actually being connected.

If you, too, have struggled to figure out how to “be” in the world as someone multi-disciplined, creative, neurodivergent or some other “other,” welcome. You are not alone.

A little about me.

I’m a late-30s woman living somewhere in the mid-south. I have a dog, named Beast. I have a spouse named Ben. I have multiple chronic illness (almost all described as “syndromes”). I have ADHD and am neurodivergent.

I’m a spiritual director (in training).

A product manager solving problems in tech for the last 15 years. I currently work for a small startup in the beauty industry.

And I am an artist. I got my Bachelor of Fine Arts and promptly stopped making art for 8 years, then started again in my 30s.
